Evergreen Nursery Free Shipping Policy

The Evergreen Nursery offers two methods for customers to receive their online orders: In-Store Pickup and Local Delivery.

For In-Store Pickup, customers simply show a copy of their order receipt to one of the cashiers when they arrive. The order will be brought to the customer and even loaded into their car, if needed.

For Local Delivery, if the customer's address was confirmed by the staff or the webstore checkout page as eligible for delivery, then a staff member will contact the customer within 24 hours to schedule the delivery. Currently, local delivery is only offered for certain zip codes in the East Bay Area that are within an approximate 15 mile radius from the nursery. All bulk material deliveries are made to the curb.

As for the return policy, it varies depending on the type of item:

Houseplants/Hanging Baskets: Return or exchange within 7 days provided the plant is in its original container and in saleable condition.
Perennials (1 Gallon or larger ONLY): Return or exchange within 14 days provided the plant is in its original container and in saleable condition.
Trees/Shrubs/Roses/Vines: Return or exchange within 7 days provided the specimen is in the original pot.
Non Plant Merchandise/Pottery/Plant Products: Return or exchange within 14 days provided the item is in original, saleable condition.
Annuals/Perennials/Vegetables (4-inch & 6-packs), Sale/Clearance/Discounted/Bulk Items: These are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

All returns or exchanges require the original receipt. If the customer resides outside the eligible zip codes for local delivery, then In-Store Pickup will be the only option.
